Dr. chris rose

Dr. Rose graduated from Texas A&M University and founded Central Animal Clinic. He has been a long time resident of Cedar Hill. Over the years he has served as mayor and as a member of city council. He has also been a member of several committees - most recently the Tri-Cities Dog Board. In his spare time he enjoys attending Texas A&M football games, skeet shooting and spending time with family.

Dr. Courtney Nicholson comes to Central Animal Clinic as a graduate of Auburn University Veterinary School. Her career interests include geriatrics, neurology, preventative care and hospice. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family composed of her husband, Johnny, 4 dogs(Luke, Barbra Jean, Rita and Moose), 1 cat(Peggy) and her chinchilla named Mary Kate! We are excited to have Dr. Nicholson join the practice to help with our growing clientele.

Our reception and kennel staff are happy to take care of your loved ones whether it is to make an appointment, get heart worm prevention or care for them while your away on vacation!

The technicians are available for your questions or concerns before, during and after appointments or surgeries. We do our best to have the most current knowledge of common diseases so our clients are well informed.

Lucy was our beloved clinic cat for many years. Sadly, in February 2019 Lucy passed over the rainbow bridge after spending her retirement years with us at the clinic. We were all blessed to have known her feisty personality and loved sharing our time with her.
